| Students were divided into groups and asked to depict what they understand with respect. Each group brainstormed and then they depicted their thoughts and feelings on a chart, each group got a chance to present their ideas using the chart they had made during the workshop. Students participated with lot of enthusiasm, they discussed, asked, agreed and disagreed and then the ideas put forward were varied and thought provoking. |

| Empowering Leaders |

| A person who can lead others is a leader. In order to be a leader we must make others believe in us, in our actions and to do this we first need to develop believe in ourselves. Leadership is a set of qualities and even more a set of attitudes with which we deal with others. This realization dawned on me while attending the workshop in school on Leadership conducted by our school psychologist Salony Mam. |

| Training for Prefects |

| All the school Prefects and elected class representatives attended a workshop on leadership skills, role of a leader with his peers, being a role model. The assertiveness training focused students to practice being positive in their actions, words and deeds. Interactive group activity made them realize impact of their conduct in several real life situations. |
